Terms of Service.

By using GamePack, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Standards. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. If local law requires parental permission, you must have it. After Dark decks and any other content marked 18+ are only for adults age 18 and older. Hosts must choose content appropriate for everyone in the room.

You are responsible for accurate account information, reasonable security of your credentials, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly at contact@thesis.do if you believe your account has been compromised.

GamePack may be played without an account in some modes. Account-only features, saved content, and entitlements may not be available if you play anonymously.

We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use GamePack for lawful, noncommercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, extract content at scale, or use GamePack to build a competing service except where applicable law clearly permits it.

You may provide player names, custom cards, themes, prompts, replies, support messages, and other content. You keep any ownership rights you have in that content. You give GamePack a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, display, adapt, and reproduce it only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve GamePack.

You are responsible for your content and for having the rights needed to submit it. Do not submit confidential information or content that infringes another person's rights. AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate, offensive, or similar to material generated for someone else. Review generated cards before using or sharing them.

Before creating or sharing user content, you must follow the Community Standards. GamePack may validate, limit, refuse, preserve, or remove content when reasonably needed for safety, security, legal compliance, or operation of the service.

You may not use GamePack to:

• Break the law or encourage unlawful conduct.
• Threaten, harass, exploit, impersonate, or target another person.
• Submit malware, steal credentials, or probe security controls.
• Disrupt rooms, automate abusive traffic, cheat, or evade rate limits.
• Publish illegal sexual content or sexual content involving minors.
• Share another person's address, credentials, payment details, or other sensitive information without permission.
• Infringe privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.

Party-game humor can be sharp. That is not permission to make the service unsafe. Use available leave, block, and report controls rather than retaliating. GamePack may suspend access or remove content when reasonably needed to protect people or the service.

Safety reports must be made in good faith and include only the context reasonably needed to understand the incident. You may not automate, falsify, coordinate, or weaponize reports. Blocking and reporting are separate controls and may have different effects in online and nearby rooms.

GamePack may investigate reports, preserve relevant records, restrict content or access, and contact involved users. Enforcement decisions may consider severity, context, repetition, and risk. We do not promise a specific outcome from a report, and reports are not a substitute for emergency services.

GamePack Pro is a one-time unlock. GamePack Unlimited is an optional auto-renewing subscription that grants Pro features while active, plus advanced AI players. Prices, billing period, trial terms (if any), and renewal details are shown before purchase. Native purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play under the store's payment, refund, and account rules. Manage or cancel Unlimited in your store account settings. Use the in-app Restore Purchases control with the store account that completed the purchase.

Unless the purchase screen explicitly says otherwise, a purchase is tied to the platform and store account that processed it. An iPhone purchase does not automatically unlock Android or a web account, and an Android purchase does not automatically unlock iPhone or a web account. Refund requests are handled under the applicable store policy and rights provided by law. If a transaction is refunded, reversed, revoked, or cannot be verified — or if an Unlimited subscription lapses — the related entitlement may be removed. A lapsed Unlimited subscription does not remove a separately purchased one-time Pro unlock.

Codes may have eligibility limits, expiration dates, feature limits, or redemption rules disclosed with the offer. Codes have no cash value, cannot be resold, and may not be combined unless stated otherwise. We may reject or revoke a code obtained through fraud, resale, automation, error, or a violation of these Terms. A valid code unlocks only the features identified with that offer.

Online rooms require compatible devices and working internet access. Plane Mode uses nearby connectivity on supported native devices, and compatibility can vary by operating system, radio, hardware, distance, and local restrictions. Follow airline, venue, employer, and device rules. We do not guarantee that every device combination can connect without a router or internet service.

GamePack may change, add, limit, pause, or discontinue features. Rooms can fail because of networks, devices, providers, maintenance, or events outside our control. We work to keep the service useful, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

GamePack and its software, visual design, branding, built-in decks, game systems, and original content are owned by GamePack or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you. Third-party names, meme templates, services, and store marks belong to their respective owners.

To report a good-faith intellectual property concern, email contact@thesis.do with enough detail for us to understand the work, location, and basis of the claim.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GamePack is provided as is and as available. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing. We do not promise that user content or generated content will be accurate, appropriate, original, or free of offense.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In that case, these exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GamePack and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from GamePack. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid GamePack for the service during the 12 months before the claim or 50 US dollars.

These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited, including rights that applicable consumer law gives you.

You may stop using GamePack at any time and may request account deletion from the Account Deletion page. We may limit or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, create risk for users or the service, or if the service is discontinued. Terms that logically continue after termination, such as ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms as GamePack evolves. We will change the effective date and provide additional notice when a revision is material. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them, subject to applicable law.

If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. For questions about these Terms, email contact@thesis.do.
